"Give Thanks for Christmas," Student Saturday, Nursing Home Performance! On 11-23-24, Hannah Adhikari brought some of her Students to perform a "Give Thanks for Christmas," recital for the residents of Windsor at Plantaition Pointe Retirement Community. Hannah performed "Chaconne in F Minor" by Johann Pachelbel and her own composition, "Gratitude, a wordless psalm." Click the link to hear the LIVE performance	Fall Musicale 2024 October 5th 2024, Colleague and friend, Katie Wallace Johnson, hosted a Fall Musicale for local piano studios and piano teachers to participate in. NACUSA Composers 2024 September 28th 2024, the Mid-South Chapter of NACUSA Composers performed in 3 different concerts. "Over Time" World Premiere September 28 2024, Hannah Adhikari performed "Passacaglia" a piano solo written by colleague, Dr. Richard Montalto. She also had two of her CD soundfile works played, "A Day in College Life," and the World Premiere of her newest soundfile, "Over Time, a soundfile of memories." Hannah performed Chopin's Waltz in Db Major Op 64, No. 1 for her Students.	Student Christmas Recital 2023 Hannah Adhikari hosted a Christmas Recital for her Piano Students in December of 2023. Hannah performed her own arrangement of Ode to Joy for her Students.	Christmas Nursing Home Performance On 11-11-23, Some of Hannah's Students performed Christmas melodies for the Trinity Nursing Home. Hannah performed an arrangement of "Go Tell It on the Mountain."	Presenter, MMTA Conference Hannah Adhikari presented her Sounds of Asia book for the Mississippi Music Teacher's Association Conference in November 2023. She also performed her newest solo, My Heart. Premiere of Lullaby for Millie Hannah wrote a Lullaby for her sweet niece, Amelia. NACUSA Sounds New Chapter hosted a Concert in GA where Hannah's Lullaby for Millie was premiered!	Premiere of Complete Hannah wrote a Piano Solo dedicated to her peace and sense of purpose from her beliefs as a Christian Musician. She titled it, Complete. NACUSA Sounds New Chapter hosted a Concert in GA where Hannah's Piano Solo, Complete, was premiered! Spring Student Saturday, Nursing Home Performance! On 4-20-24, Hannah Adhikari brought some of her Students to perform a "Spring Performance," recital for the residents of Windsor at Plantaition Pointe Retirement Community. Hannah performed "Waltz in A Minor Op. 34 No. 2" by Frederic Chopin. There was a game to count how many of the beginning motifs Chopin snuck in this waltz! Her Students also performed hymns, classical pieces, and folk tunes, some arranged by Hannah.	MMTA Honors Recital 2023 Hannah Adhikari is a member of MMTA music association for teachers in Mississippi. MMTA held their local Honors Recital where Hannah participated in working behind the scenes. Held in April of 2023. Hannah with Music by Women Festival Director Hannah Adhikari had 2 of her compositions performed at the Music by Women Festival in March 2023. "Just Me," Saxophone Solo with piano. Dennis Alexander, MMTA Conference 2022 Hannah Adhikari attended the MMTA State Conference where Composer and Pianist Dennis Alexander presented.
Bachelor of Arts Degree Hannah Adhikari graduated in May 2022 with a Bachelor of Arts in Music. She had an emphasis in Piano Performance and Composition for her degree.	Piano Professor Hannah and her College Piano Professor, Dr. Julia Mortyakova.	Composition Professor Hannah and her College Composition Professor, Dr. Valentin Bogdan.	Composition Professor Hannah and her College Composition Professor, Dr. Joe. L. Alexander. Sadly, he passed away in 2023. He will be greatly missed.	Student Showout! NACUSA Concert 2022 Hannah Adhikari performs her Theme and Variations: Emotions for the second time at a NACUSA Concert hosted by the Mississippi University for Women in 2022. Music by Women Festival 2022 Hannah Adhikari performed her first large piano work, Theme and Variations: Emotions, at the Music by Women Festival hosted by the Mississippi University for Women. 2022.	Performing Scarlatti 2022 Hannah Heaton Adhikari performs Scarlatti's Sonata K9 in 2022.	Music in the Library 2021 Hannah Adhikari performed at the Music in the Library Series hosted by Joe L. Alexander. She performed works by Scarlatti and Beethoven as well as her own Piano Works, Before You Leave and Memories. 2021.	Student Christmas Recital 2021 Hannah Adhikari hosted the first Christmas Recital for her Piano Students in December of 2021. Hannah performed Grandma Got Ran Over by a Reindeer arranged by herself for her Students.
3rd Place for "Theme and Variations: Emotions." Hannah Adhikari wins 3rd place in the National Young Composer's Division for NACUSA 2021. For her piano solo, "Theme and Variations: Emotions."	Hannah and Biraj 2019 Hannah is the MMTA state winner of 2019 for the state of Mississippi for her piece "Out of Reach." Her colleague, Biraj Adhikari, won honorable mention in the regional level for MMTA. muw.edu posted an article feauturing Hannah and Biraj for their accomplishments.	Chaminade Club Scholarship Hannah won the prestigious Willanna Buck Mallett Music Scholarship from the Chaminade Club and performed in their 2021 Virtual Concert featuring one of her compositions, "Left Hand Prelude: Plea to Sing".	Junior Piano Recital 2021 Hannah Heaton performed her Junior Recital in November of 2021. The full 45-minute performance is on YouTube in the link below!	State + Regional Competition 2021 An article was written by the MUW about Hannah Heaton winning 1st in State and Regionals for the Music Teacher's National Association for Young Artist Division in 2020. For her piece, "For Serena." Click link to view.	2nd Place for "A Woman's Perception." Hannah won 2nd place in the Inaugural Philosophy Creative Contest for her piano solo, "A Woman's Perception." Hannah and Midori Kimishima Hannah had the opportunity to play Arabeske Op. 18 by Schumann at Midori Kimishima's masterclass during the 2019 MMTA conference hosted by the Mississippi University for Women. Belmont Piano Camp 2018 In the summer of 2018, Hannah was accepted to Belmont University for their piano camp, and studied piano with faculty, Linda Harmon, for a week.	Hannah's Last Recital 2017 Here is Hannah is her last pre-college Recital hosted by her former Piano Teacher, Lisa Heath.
Hannah and Lisa Heath 2016 Lisa Harpole Heath was Hannah's piano teacher from August of 2010 to August of 2018. Sadly, she passed away after fighting Cancer for the second time in 2021. She will always be Hannah's inspiration for the Love of Music!
