Build Your Studio Campaign:
How to Build Policies

The "Build Your Studio" campaign began when Hannah Adhikari began her Piano Teacher Sabbatical in 2025. She is now adding resources that helped her grow and build her own studio. She hopes that what she's learned can help her fellow teachers or future teachers, too! (Reels, Amazon lists, and pdf information).

*Disclaimer: This is based purely on MY studio experience and knowledge. I want to help anyone who might need ideas or wants to know what I did to build my studio from 0 to 40+ students! Take what you like, and leave what you don't! :)

Start Here!!

  • A checklist and reels series to help guide any first time teachers through the basics of where to start! Download the first checklist for free to get started, and purchase the full booklet for all 4 checklists for the ULTIMATE path to growth. Watch my 4 part video series below for more!

  • All video reels on Hannah's Facebook, Hannah Adhikari Studio, for all things Piano Studio, Music, Students, and More!

FREE Sample Policy PDFs.

  • A pdf that gives teachers one place to access standard information and expectations from the Student! Have the Student/Parent sign an "I understand/comply..." waiver at the bottom of the form for legal assurance they have read and understand your policy. (All red text is set for customiazability.)

  • Give ideas on how to incorpate practice into your day!

  • View Mrs. Hannah's Teaching Philosophy as a sample for yourself! A philosophy gives Students a way to know your teaching style, expectations, and more, all at a glance!

  • A pdf sample Studio Policy format to get you started off with what you need! Adjust your policy once every year or as needed. Always provide a copy to your students! A professional music teacher always has an up-to-date policy!
